RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and include other items in the package.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive incorrect item,
contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection. If the defect or error is confirmed,
we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Please note that returns or exchanges
will only be accepted if an unboxing video
clearly showing the condition of the package
upon receipt is provided.
Refund Processing Time:
If a refund is approved, please allow 7-10
business days for processing.
The time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

be canceled.
You may still cancel your order, but please note
that no refund will be issued.
